Here is a series of exercises to relieve the tension or pain in your cheeks. Very helpful in complement of the other jaw exercises. Those exercises activate the muscles of the middle of the face; this helps to improve the face structure & lines ✨. Also it stretches up the cheekbones for a babydoll face 💁🏻‍♀️ 💕.
