FOREARM + WRIST STRETCHES



TIPS FOR A GOOD STRETCH :

- Maintain the position for 15-20sec

- Breathe deeply and relax your body

- Repeat the movement 3 times on each side

- Stretching shouldn't be painful : if so decrease the tension
